Topic: Your Pain is Your Gain!
Introduction: The question of suffering
The question of pain and suffering is as old as the entry of sin in the world. It is a question that has no easy answers. Every single person goes through some form of pain and suffering. Pain and suffering has different causes; individual choices, choices of others, the environment in which we live and the providential suffering God allows. Whatever the cause, pain and suffering is not a sweet experience. However, it is possible to learn from our painful experiences and circumstances. Job suffered a lot but when he encountered God, when he had a personal experience of God, when he saw God, his pain became his gain in every area of his life, he begun to see things with new eyes, his worldview was transformed and so did his entire life. When you see God, you are transformed and with that transformation there is restoration and gain.
